"Loved working with this company from the beginning. We reached out to see a property and they immediately responded that we can do a self tour as an option. We agreed on a date and time and they provided us with the necessary access after we provided them with the required identification, etc.

Once we submitted our application, they went right to work. They are thorough especially in our background checks. They really did call all our references, landlords and emergency contacts. They proactively provided updates or our assistance with reaching people. On move in day, they gave us a checklist to complete for any defects or issues so they can get it repaired ASAP! We're just starting this relationship with them and so far so good."

"Perfect Oahu vacation location



Our unit was exactly as advertised. Pristine condition that had more than expected beach toys and diving equipment and kitchen/cooking gear. We loved the man-made pool lagoon with a convenient bar poolside! The real ocean lagoon was far far less crowded than the Disney/4 Seasons lagoon and the concession selling Many walking distance dining options as well. We used the outside grill to cook steaks as well as made breakfast most mornings in the unit. We would recommend and stay there again."

"The Ko Olina Beach Villas worked out great for our family of 6. Unit OT410 was conveniently close to the elevator and a short walk to the pools and beautiful lagoon. The lanai was well furnished and very relaxing. The pool bar had live music at sunset with the oceanfront backdrop, which was amazing! The staff was outstanding, from the greeter, Shane, to the front desk staff who were helpful and accommodating, including providing a day parking pass for our family who lives on Oahu to visit with us. Only recommended improvement would be more food options on-site. There is a limited menu at the pool bar and since the Beach Villas are more or less condo's, you either have to get groceries or go to one of the neighboring hotels/restaurants. Unfortunately, the week we were there was during a "Kona low" storm, so it rained heavily 4 of 7 days but facility-wise this was perfect and we hope to return again in the future probably in the summer or Fall since Dec-March is the rainy season and far less predictable sunny weather."
